This artwork unfolds like a quiet moment of new parenthood: a mother’s body curved protectively around her infant, and the father leaning in, drawn by the same instinctive pull toward warmth and connection. The soft, overlapping forms feel less like shapes and more like people gathered close, each one offering shelter, presence, and love.
The pale cream centre rests like a newborn held securely against the olive form below — a cradle, a body, a place of safety. Above them, the gentle blue shape bends inward, completing the embrace, creating a cocoon of tenderness where three lives meet. Even the small ember of orange between them feels like the spark of new beginnings, the glow of a family forming.
There is no tension here, only devotion. The composition speaks in curves and colours, capturing the intimacy of a shared moment — the hush of a home where a baby sleeps, the instinctive closeness of two adults learning to hold both the child and each other. It is an abstract portrait of love made visible through touch, warmth, and the soft geometry of togetherness.
